We meet your adjuster
on the roof.
A project consultant climbs the roof with the insurance adjuster, points out genuine hail and wind damage, and declines what is not genuine. We have walked away from claims. Our license depends on it.
What it is
An honest set of eyes between you and the claim.
A storm claim goes one of two ways: the adjuster sees the damage and the work gets paid, or pieces get missed and you eat the difference. We meet the adjuster on the roof so the genuine hail bruising, the lifted shingles, and the wind creasing all get documented in one walk. We do not invent damage and we do not let real damage get written off.

The walk
Damage gets pointed out, not described from the ground.
A project consultant is on the roof with the adjuster, finger on the bruise. Hail strikes, wind creases, and lifted tabs are easy to miss from a driveway and hard to miss when someone is standing on them.
The honesty
We have walked away from claims.
If the roof is not genuinely damaged, we say so. A roofer who manufactures damage is risking your policy and our license. We would rather lose the job than file a claim that should not exist.
The record
A photo report you keep.
Every inspection comes back with a photo report, so you have the documentation whether the claim moves forward this week or you are referencing it a year from now.
Storm rolled through? Get the roof looked at first.
A project consultant inspects the roof for free and tells you straight whether there is a claim worth filing. If there is, we meet your adjuster up there.
