Roof leak repair is the most common call the shop gets: a ceiling stain that grows after every storm, a drip in the attic, flashing that has let go. When a Donovan project consultant climbs your roof, he leaves with one of three answers: a repair quote, a replacement quote, or 'you don't need us yet.' We do not invent failure modes. We do not upsell. We work for the next twenty years of the roof, not the next ninety days of the proposal.

We will tell you if you have eight years left. We will tell you if a single patch buys you that decade. We will tell you if you should have called us a hurricane ago. Whichever is true.

We meet your adjuster on the roof.
Hail and wind claims are honest work when they are honest. We walk the roof with your insurance adjuster, point out genuine damage, and decline the rest. We have refused claims. Our reputation depends on it.
Material
Material matching matters.
When repairs are possible, we match the existing roof as closely as we can. We explain any color, age, or availability limitations before work begins so there are no surprises.
A bad leak does not wait for a slow estimate.
