Residential
The roof over
your home.
From an architectural shingle to a 150-year slate roof, we install the full range of residential systems, side the walls, and walk storm claims with you. Every job starts with a free inspection and a roof report, not a quote.
Roofing systems
Eight systems, matched to the home.
Different homes want different roofs. The right system depends on the pitch, the architecture, and how long you plan to own the house. We tell you which one the home actually needs, not which one is easiest to sell.

The shadow line of a slate or shake.
Heavyweight architectural shingle from a CertainTeed Shingle Master crew. Ice-and-water at every valley and edge, ridge vent sized to the attic, and a warranty that holds for the full term.

The shake look, the shingle warranty.
CertainTeed Presidential and other premium profiles that read like hand-split shake or slate from the street, with the install discipline and warranty of a modern shingle behind them.

The 150-year roof.
Real slate, hung by hand by one of the few crews left in St. Louis still doing it. Virtually fireproof, and known to last 150 years, roughly six times longer than a shingle roof.

The lowest life-cycle cost.
Clay and concrete tile with centuries of field performance, natural water-shedding and ventilation, and a 50 to 100 year lifespan. The cheapest roof to own over the years it actually lasts.

Real wood, done right.
Hand-laid cedar shake over a breathable felt underlayment, installed so the wood can move and dry the way cedar needs to. Warm, natural, and built to age instead of fail.

The detail that lasts a lifetime.
Copper valleys, bay roofs, and flashing, bent in-shop and seamed by hand. It starts bright, settles into a patina, and outlasts almost everything it sits next to.

Welded, not glued.
Single-ply TPO for flat and low-slope sections of a home, installed fully adhered, RhinoBond, or mechanically attached, with every seam heat-welded into one continuous surface.
See the details
The chemical-resistant membrane.
Single-ply PVC where a flat roof faces grease, exhaust, or harsh runoff. Heat-welded seams and real chemical resistance the other membranes do not bring.

Beyond the roof: siding, storms, and staying ahead of repairs.

The exterior that holds up.
Vinyl and James Hardie fiber cement, installed by the same certified crew. The same discipline we bring to a roof, brought down to the walls.

We meet your adjuster on the roof.
Hail and wind damage, roof leaks, and insurance claims. A project consultant climbs the roof with the adjuster, documents the genuine damage, and declines what is not genuine.

Put the roof on a schedule.
Annual and bi-annual inspections, photo reports, and one point of contact. The cheapest repair is the one you catch early.
See the detailsNot sure if it is a repair or a replacement?
The inspection is free and comes with a roof report that says plainly what the home needs, and a timeline for what can wait. No pressure toward the bigger job.
