Large industrial warehouse being re-roofed with a crane staging materials and white membrane going down

Acres of roof,
and the line never stops.

Industrial roofing for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants, installed over operations that cannot afford to shut down. Large-format membrane engineered for drainage and uplift across a footprint measured in acres, not squares.

What it is

A roof the size of a parking lot, treated like one job.

An industrial roof is a different scale of problem. The footprint is enormous, the slope is nearly flat, and the building is full of inventory, equipment, or a production line that does not stop for a roofer. The roof has to drain a huge surface, hold down against wind uplift, and tie around dozens of curbs, vents, and rooftop units without a single one becoming a leak. We crane materials in, stage them so the dock and the yard keep working, and re-roof in sections so the operation underneath keeps running while the roof over it gets replaced.

The scale

Square footage changes the whole approach.

On a roof this size, small problems multiply. A drainage detail that works on a strip mall ponds water on an acre of membrane. We engineer the slope, the drains, and the seam layout for the actual footprint, because a roof this big does not forgive a detail repeated a thousand times.

The operation

We re-roof over a working plant.

The line does not stop for the roof. We section the work and stage materials so the dock, the yard, and the floor underneath keep running. Tear-off happens over the bay we are on, not the one shipping orders that afternoon.

The penetrations

Every curb and unit gets flashed tight.

An industrial roof is covered in rooftop units, exhaust, and curbs, and each one is a place water wants in. We flash every penetration to the membrane so the roof seals as one system instead of a field dotted with future leaks.

Industrial roof showing its age?

We inspect the roof for free and come back with a report and a re-roof plan that keeps your operation running while we work. Craned in, sequenced around the dock, engineered for the span.
