Consumer Credit Center
Spread the cost.
Not the worry.
A new roof is a meaningful number, and most homeowners do not pay cash. Donovan Roofing and Construction works with home-improvement lenders so approved buyers can fund the project on terms that fit. Three paths, one straight conversation. The shop walks the options with you so you decide before the crew shows up, not after.
01
12 Months Same As Cash
Pay it off inside the year, pay no interest.
For approved buyers who plan to clear the balance within twelve months. Spread the project across the year, then retire it before the term ends and the interest never lands. The way to pay over time without paying for the privilege.
- No interest when paid in full inside the term
- Full project now, balance over twelve months
- Ideal for an expected bonus, sale, or tax return
02
Low Monthly Payment Plan
A fixed payment that fits the month.
For homeowners who would rather hold a predictable monthly payment than write one large check. A longer term keeps the monthly number low and known, so the roof fits the budget instead of reshaping it.
- Fixed, predictable monthly payment
- Longer terms to keep the payment low
- No prepayment penalty if you pay ahead
03
Home Equity (HELOC)
Put the equity you already have to work.
For owners with equity in the home who want to fund the project against it. A home equity line of credit often carries a lower rate than unsecured financing and may bring tax advantages. Talk to your lender or tax advisor on the specifics for your situation.
- Often a lower rate than unsecured financing
- Draw what the project needs, when it needs it
- Possible tax advantages, confirm with your advisor
A straight answer
We do not run the financing in-house. We help you pick the right option for the job size and your situation.
Call the shop and we will walk through what the project is likely to cost, which of the three paths makes sense for that number, and what each lender typically looks for. No pressure, no hidden referral pitch.
Financing is offered through third-party lenders. All terms, rates, and approvals are determined by the lender and subject to credit approval. Same As Cash and monthly-payment terms vary by lender and project. Consult your tax advisor on the deductibility of home equity interest.
No pressure, start to finish
“I could not be happier with Donovan roofing from start to finish. I never felt pressured, they were so good to work with and the roof looks great. They were always looking out for me. Tony Barnes was the best project manager I could've asked for.”
