The full
membrane menu.

BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM, spray polyurethane foam, and thermoplastic PVC or TPO. We match the membrane to the building, not the building to whichever membrane we feel like installing that week.

What it is

Flat roofing is its own discipline.

Flat and low-slope roofing behaves nothing like a shingle roof. There is no slope doing the work for you, so the membrane, the drainage, and the detailing have to be right or water sits and finds a way in. The correct system depends on the slope, the drainage, the rooftop equipment, and the chemicals the roof is exposed to. We carry the full menu so we can spec the building honestly instead of selling the one product we stock. We handle flat roof repair in St. Louis and the surrounding metro too: ponding, failed seams, punctures, and flashing that has let go.

BUR and Modified Bitumen

The proven multi-ply approach.

Built-up roofing and modified bitumen layer the roof for redundancy. Time-tested, tough underfoot, and a strong choice on roofs that see foot traffic or heavy rooftop equipment.

EPDM and SPF

Rubber membrane or seamless foam.

EPDM is a durable rubber single-ply that handles temperature swings well. Spray polyurethane foam goes down seamless and adds insulation in the same pass, which is useful when the building is fighting energy cost or ponding.

PVC and TPO

Thermoplastic, heat-welded.

PVC and TPO are reflective thermoplastics with heat-welded seams. PVC adds real chemical resistance for restaurant and industrial exhaust; TPO is the cost-effective reflective workhorse. We weld every seam either way.

Flat roof leaking, ponding, or just due?

We inspect the roof for free and come back with a report on which membrane the building actually needs. Move forward with us and take $100 off the flat-roof job.
