Roofing in
Hazelwood.

Hazelwood is twenty-eight minutes from our shop, up in the North County corridor near the airport. The housing stock is mostly 1960s and 1970s ranches and split-levels, with a small historic pocket in Old Hazelwood and newer two-stories scattered through Lynn Haven and Villa Ridge.

Working in Hazelwood

Most of our Hazelwood work is second-generation asphalt replacement: the architectural shingle that went on in the 1990s and early 2000s has aged out and needs to come off. We replace with heavyweight architectural shingle and get the ridge-vent ratio right, since many older Hazelwood homes have under-ventilated attics that quietly shorten the next roof's life. Being under thirty minutes out, we are fast to get a project consultant on the roof after a storm.

Hazelwood takes its share of North County hail and wind, so a fair number of our visits are claim inspections. Shingle has a real advantage here in that a damaged section can be replaced on its own, so a hail hit or a wind event does not automatically mean replacing the whole roof. We walk it, document the damage honestly, and tell you whether you are looking at a repair, an insurance claim, or a full replacement.

Hazelwood roof visit

A project consultant, in your driveway, inside a week.

Free inspection. No salespeople. The project consultant walks the roof, the attic, and the ground, and ends the visit with one of three answers: a repair quote, a replacement quote, or “you don't need us yet.”
