Our commercial crew does not chase residential storm work. They install membrane, weld seams, and detail drains. That is what they do. When they show up on your roof, that is what they will do well.
Test
Every seam, every job, against the gauge.
Our foreman peel-tests welded seams with a gauge that pulls the membrane apart until the seam wins or the parent material tears. If the seam wins, we redo it. We document every test in your file.
Detail
Drains, curbs, and the boring stuff.
Most flat-roof failures start at the drain or the curb. We pre-fabricate boots and pans for every penetration, and we re-flash the parapet wall whether you asked us to or not. That is what twenty-year warranties cost.
