Most of the St. Peters work we do is 25-year asphalt replacements on homes built between 1985 and 2005. The first generation of those roofs is timing out right around now. We are CertainTeed Shingle Master on the replacement side, which means we can offer the strongest warranty the manufacturer issues. The other St. Peters pattern is hail repair: 2017, 2019, and 2022 were all bad spring-hail years on the west side of Spencer Creek, and we still get calls from those storms.
We also do a fair amount of gutter and siding work in St. Peters because the same wind events that pull shingles loosen J-channel and undercut soffit. When we are on a roof, the foreman checks all three. If you only need gutters, we will do gutters and not pretend you need a roof.
