Asphalt shingle is the most common roof in the country for a reason: it is proven, it is repairable, and the warranties are strong when the install is right. The catch is that last part. A shingle roof is only as good as the crew that lays it, and on a commercial building the stakes and the square footage are both larger. We hold the CertainTeed certification, which is what backs the warranty.

Manufacturer certification is not a marketing badge. It is what unlocks the stronger, longer warranties and it requires the crew to install to the manufacturer's spec. We carry the CertainTeed certification.
The discipline

A commercial shingle roof is a larger version of a job we do every week. The same nailing pattern, the same flashing details, the same ventilation discipline, applied across more square footage and more penetrations.
The repair path
Fixable without a full re-roof.
Shingle has a real advantage in repairability. A damaged section can be replaced on its own, so a hail hit or a wind event does not automatically mean replacing the whole roof.
Pricing a commercial shingle roof?
We inspect the building for free and come back with a roof report. If shingle is the right fit, you get a certified install and a real warranty. If the building wants a different system, we will say so.
