Chesterfield, MO · 40,000 sq ft · 60-mil TPO Invisaweld

A 40,000 square foot roof replacement for Junior Achievement in Chesterfield, completed after hail damage. We handled the entire project from the first meeting with the insurance adjuster to the final inspection with the manufacturer warranty rep. This building presented challenges you do not see on a typical commercial roof. The curved roof structure required careful layout and welding, and the underside of the decking was exposed and custom painted. We matched fasteners to the ceiling color so the school did not have to repaint, a detail that mattered for a nonprofit that runs daily programs for kids and teens.

We installed a 60-mil TPO Invisaweld system across the full roof, welded clean, and delivered a 20-year manufacturer warranty. All coping and edge metal were replaced with exact-match colors to blend with the existing exterior paneling. The project took about two weeks from start to finish. School operations continued without disruption, no closures, no schedule changes, no interference with programs. Junior Achievement is a nonprofit that teaches practical life and career skills to kids and teens. Keeping their building dry, safe, and open was the priority, and the roof is now built to last.
