What it is
Copper is jewelry that has to keep water out.
We bend copper in our shop or on site, lock the joints by hand, and solder them on a wooden bench with a propane iron the way the trade was taught. The patina is yours to choose: leave it bright, let it brown, or let it work its way to verdigris.

Shop
We solder on a wooden bench, in the shop or on site.
Joints get bent, locked, and pre-tinned on the bench, whether that bench is in our shop or set up at your curb. We carry the finished assembly up the ladder, set it, and finish only the field seam in place. Cleaner solder, fewer drips, no scorched shingles.
The solder
50/50 tin-lead bar. The way copper was meant to be joined.
The alloy flows heavy, sets hard, and leaves a seam that disappears into the sheet. It is the traditional bar solder for copper, and it holds the way nothing else does.
Patina
Your timeline, not the manufacturer's.
Copper arrives mill-bright. It will turn salmon, then brown, then, in time, green. We can leave it bright, accelerate the brown with an oxidizer, or finish to verdigris. Your call. The roof underneath is the same.
Copper is a craft worth getting right the first time.
