The newer Cottleville subdivisions (Bryan Road corridor especially) have a lot of homes still on their original builder-grade asphalt. Those roofs are timing out in the 2024-2028 window. We replace with architectural-grade or designer shingle. The older Cottleville homes off Highway N are a different conversation: many have steeper pitches, original cedar shake, or older slate, and they want a roof that matches the character of the house rather than a flat-spec subdivision install.

Cottleville sits between the storm corridor that runs through O'Fallon and the slightly more protected pocket around Lake St. Louis. Hail does hit, but slightly less frequently.
