# The membrane for
harsh roofs.

A single-ply membrane with heat-welded seams, like TPO, but with the chemical resistance that grease, oils, and rooftop exhaust demand. The right skin for a restaurant roof.

What it is

## A welded membrane that shrugs off grease and oil.

PVC is a single-ply membrane installed the same disciplined way as TPO: rolled across a flat or low-slope deck and heat-welded at every lap into one continuous surface. What sets it apart is chemical resistance. Where a roof takes grease from a kitchen exhaust, animal fats, or industrial oils, PVC holds up where other membranes break down.

Material

### Built for roofs that eat other membranes.

Grease from a kitchen vent will degrade the wrong membrane in a few seasons. PVC is formulated to resist it, which is why it is the standard call on restaurant and food-service roofs.

Method

### Same welded discipline as TPO.

Every seam is heat-welded, not glued. The roof becomes one surface with no adhesive joint to dry out. Penetrations, drains, and walls are flashed and welded into the field.

Honesty

### PVC is not always the answer.

PVC costs more than TPO. If your roof is not exposed to grease or chemicals, we will tell you TPO is the smarter spend. We quote the roof you need, not the one with the bigger ticket.

### Tell us what is on your roof, we will tell you the membrane.

A project consultant looks at the exhaust, the slope, and the drainage, then recommends PVC or TPO with the reasoning in writing. The inspection is free.
