# Ninety-six roofs in one neighborhood.

Hyland Green, off Koch Road in O’Fallon, a neighborhood of single-family homes and townhomes where ninety-six roofs carry Donovan shingle.

Hyland Green sits off Koch Road near Highway P in O’Fallon, a St. Charles County neighborhood of single-family homes and two-story townhomes on curving streets and cul-de-sacs, with a pool, a playground, and an association that keeps the lawns tight. From the air, the roofs read as one long, even field of architectural shingle. Ninety-six of them are ours.

What makes this project remarkable isn't just the number of roofs. It's the level of coordination required to restore an entire neighborhood. Donovan partnered with the Hyland Green HOA from day one, helping guide inspections, meet with insurance adjusters, document storm damage, coordinate approvals, and keep the project moving according to schedule. Over the course of the restoration, our crews replaced all 96 roofs throughout the community. We also replaced damaged siding, repaired and replaced storm-damaged fascia, and installed new gutter systems where needed. By working directly with the insurance company and advocating for homeowners throughout the process, we helped ensure the full scope of storm-related damage was properly identified and covered. The result was a complete community-wide restoration delivered on schedule and completed to a consistent standard across all 96 homes.

How the work moved

## The work, in five acts.

Act 01

### The first meeting.

The project began with the HOA board and a neighborhood-wide effort to evaluate storm damage. Donovan attended the initial adjuster meetings, documented damage throughout the community, and helped create a plan for restoring all 96 homes.

Act 02

### Building the roadmap.

Coordinating work across an entire neighborhood requires more than installing roofs. Our team worked with the HOA, residents, and the insurance company to organize inspections, approvals, scheduling, and communication so the project could move efficiently from home to home.

Act 03

### Restoring the community.

As insurance approvals progressed, crews moved through Hyland Green in phases. Roofs were replaced, damaged siding was repaired or replaced, fascia issues were addressed, and new gutter systems were installed where storm damage required restoration.

Act 04

### Staying on schedule.

Large-scale HOA projects succeed through planning and consistency. Materials, labor, inspections, and homeowner communication were coordinated to keep the neighborhood restoration on track and minimize disruption for residents.

Act 05

### The final inspection.

From the first adjuster meeting to the last inspection, Donovan remained involved every step of the way. When the final home was completed, all 96 residences had received the roofing and exterior restoration work needed to return the community to pre-storm condition.
