Step 01 · Inspection

## A project consultant, in your driveway, inside a week.

We send a project consultant (not a salesperson) to walk your roof. He inspects from the deck, the attic, and the ground. The visit ends with one of three answers: a repair quote, a replacement quote, or 'you don't need us yet.'

Step 02 · Proposal

## One page. No upsells. Real numbers.

Materials list, square count, tear-off scope, ventilation plan, and a price that does not move unless the deck under your shingles surprises us. The proposal is good for 90 days. Photos of your roof are stapled to the back.

Step 03 · Material

## Material to spec, ordered for your job, not pulled off a truck.

Asphalt bundles arrive on a Wednesday for a Thursday start. Slate is pulled from the quarry one pallet at a time. Copper is coiled to length in our shop. Nothing gets carried up your driveway that hasn't been touched by a Donovan first.

Step 04 · Tear-off

## Day one is sacred. Tarps down at sunset.

Your landscaping is plywooded over. Magnets sweep the lawn at the end of every shift. The dumpster sits on plywood, not your driveway. The foreman is the first crew member on site and the last one off it.

Step 05 · Install

## Course by course, by hand, by the same crew.

Underlayment laps inspected. Valleys lined. Penetrations re-flashed in fresh copper. Ridge vent cut to length on site. Photos taken at every layer because what you can't see is what we care most about.

Step 06 · Walkthrough

## The project consultant shakes your hand on the lawn.

Magnet sweep. Gutter check. Attic inspection with you. Warranty paperwork left on the kitchen counter with the photos. A jar of leftover nails on the workbench, because eventually a shingle will need a friend.
