What areas do you serve?Our shop is at 400 Trade Center Dr E in St. Peters, and we work across St. Charles County and the greater St. Louis area: more than thirty communities, from Wentzville and Lake St. Louis out to Kirkwood, Clayton, and the Central West End. If you are not sure whether we cover your address, call the shop and we will tell you straight.

Is the inspection really free?Yes. A project consultant inspects the deck, the attic, and the ground, and the visit ends with a written report with photos and one of three answers: a repair quote, a replacement quote, or you do not need us yet. No cost, no obligation, no signature required.

Do you handle both residential and commercial work?Yes, both. The residential side runs architectural asphalt, standing-seam metal, cedar shake, and natural slate and tile. The commercial side handles flat and low-slope membrane systems: BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM, spray polyurethane foam, PVC, and TPO. Same shop, same standard.

Will the crew on my roof be your own crew?Yes. The same crew runs the job start to finish, and the project consultant who walks your roof on the inspection visit stays your point of contact through the final walkthrough. The company that puts the roof on is the same company that answers the phone if something comes up later.

What certifications and awards does Donovan hold?We are a CertainTeed Shingle Master certified installer, which gives our customers access to the strongest warranties CertainTeed issues. Our slate and copper work won North Country Slate's 2025 Slated for Excellence Project of the Year award.

Do you offer financing?Yes, through third-party home-improvement lenders. Approved buyers can choose 12 Months Same As Cash, a low fixed monthly payment plan, or fund the project with home equity. We walk the options with you before the crew shows up. All terms, rates, and approvals are determined by the lender.

What warranty comes with the work?Warranty paperwork is part of the final walkthrough, left on the kitchen counter with your photos before we leave. On the materials side, our CertainTeed Shingle Master certification means we can register the strongest warranty the manufacturer issues.

How quickly can you get out to look at my roof?A project consultant is typically on your driveway inside a week of the call, and most repairs are completed the same week they are quoted. Every visit includes a written report on the roof's overall condition.
